3- To make a steamer, take a deep kadai or pan. Put 1.5 cups of water in it and place a stand on it. There is no need to fill the pan completely with water. Steam will be formed easily with this much water. Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 5-10 minutes.

4- Place the pan on your wok steamer. Cover with lid and cook on high to low flame for 15-20 minutes.

8- Take out Khaman Dhokla in a plate. Cut it into square pieces. Pour the water mixture on it and garnish with finely chopped coriander. If you want, you can also add grated coconut.
